- Ambassador of Panerai brand inside and outside the store. Provide rewarding experience through exclusive customer service, and meet or exceed personal monthly sales objective while managing all steps of the sales process in line with brand guidelines.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain a high level of follow up with clientele. Participate efficiently in CRM program in line with KPI’s.
- Assist clients with Customer Service needs, maintaining the brand’s high standards.
- Assist with inventory, repairs processing and special projects as needed. Store opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
- Fluent in English, and preferably a second language.
- 2-3 years previous experience in high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
- Excellent computer skills are needed.
- SAP exposure is a plus.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, level headed and honest.
