Overview: Responsible for Sales of Jaeger-LeCoultre watches.
Responsibilities:
• Represent the brand by interacting with clients in the sale of Jaeger-LeCoultre watches
• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand’s high standards
• Cultivate strong client relationships
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed
• Keeping the work environment neat and clean
• Ensuring that all products or merchandise are placed in their respective areas
• Being knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each product
• Handling sales transactions, which may include operating cash registers
• Must safeguard the store’s inventory
• Comply with all company and store operational policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of previous experience in watches or high-end luxury product sales is preferred
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Possess computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel and Outlook email
• Passion for watches and luxury is a plus
• Mandarin / Cantonese language skills preferred
