- Front line representative of the Brand, responsible for managing the customer’s experience and selling products
- Maximize the sales of products, by achieving your own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets
- Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service
- Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggest merchandise to meet their needs
- Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to standards and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications
- Experience in luxury retail, preferably with sales background in watches and jewellery
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Cheerful, Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer & sales oriented
- Professional presentation
